Apple Wine

Our apple wine is a blend of Virginian grown apples. The wine was fermented in French Oak barrels on its native yeast to help retain a soft fruit finish.

 

Viognier

Our Viognier is barrel fermented, with floral aromas of ripe peaches, apricots and pineapple and a round, rich palate that tastes of tropical fruits and herbs. This wine pairs well with poultry and seafood.

 

Cabernet Franc Rosé

Our Rosé dry light wine with a soft palate weight. This wine has a smooth front while having a soft pepper finish. This wine pairs well with chicken, light beef, and hearty poultry.

 

Merlot

Merlot is well adapted in Virginia. Our Merlot is a medium to dark wine with a soft palate weight. Aromas of raspberry and blackberry dominate while having a balanced, moderate acidity. This wine pairs well with chicken, light beef, and hearty poultry.

 

Merlot Cabernet Franc Blend

Our Merlot Cabernet Franc Blend brings the characteristics of both varieties together in a balanced wine. Aromas of raspberry, black currant and blackberry dominate while having a balanced, moderate acidity. This wine pairs well with meats, such as lamb, venison, and wild fowl.

 

Cabernet Franc

This is one of the most adaptable grapes grown in Virginia. Our Cabernet Franc is a dark wine with a hefty palate weight. Aromas of raspberry and black currant dominate while having a balanced pepper finish. This wine pairs well with spicy foods and beef dishes.

 

Elderberry Wine

The elderberry is one of the most common fruit-bearing shrubs of North America. Elderberry wine is a full-bodied red wine with a rich fruit flavor. It is thought to be highly medicinal, thus the name deriving from "elder" as people who ate the elderberry supposedly lived to an old age. The berry flavor of this red wine pairs well with roasted chicken and beef dishes.

 

Petit Verdot

Considered a blending wine in Europe – Petit Verdot is a complex, dense wine with a soft finish. Aromas of raspberry and black currant dominate while having a balanced, moderate acidity. This wine pairs well with strongly flavored meats, such as lamb, venison, and wild fowl.

 

Elderberry Syrup

Elderberry Syrup – Sambucus Nigra – Known as a folk remedy for centuries in North America, Europe and Asia, hence the potential Health benefits are being investigated and rediscovered. Use this product as a fruit topping or beverage enhancement.
